- Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return (optional).
- We will provide you with the return address and any additional instructions.
Conditions for Returns
- The item must be returned in the condition it was received.
- We are unable to accept returns for items sold as “untested” or “for parts.”
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If there are any issues, we’ll reach out to you directly.
