Flat-Rate Shipping
We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders:
- $5 for small items: Games, accessories, and smaller items.
- $10 for larger items: Consoles, cameras, and bundles.
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Local Pickup (San Francisco)
If you’re in the San Francisco area, you can skip shipping fees by selecting the Local Pickup option at checkout. Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange a time and location for pickup.
Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Expedited Shipping: Not currently available, but we’re happy to help if you’re on a tight schedule—just email us!
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. If you’re located outside the U.S., feel free to contact us at info@bernalretro.com, and we’ll see if we can accommodate your request.
